What Is a Land Sales List?

A Land Sales List is a snapshot of transactions from the last 24 months in the area you request. You’ll find straightforward information on each transaction—who bought and sold, the price agreed upon, the acreage, and even the average price per acre. This data is meant to give you a clear picture of what’s happening in the market right now. Please keep in mind that in order for a transaction to register on the Land Sales Bulletin it needs to be 20 acres or more. Fill out the form at the bottom of the website to request a Land Sales List for the county and municpality of your choosing.

How Much Land Selling Experience Do You Have?

I got my start in real estate well before I went off to college in 2010. I’ve always looked at land for sale and farms for sale in Wisconsin and across the US. When I studied business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, I focused on finance, insurance, and real estate to expand my knowledge. That led me to getting my Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's license and jumping into analyzing investment properties. From there, I grew my business and speciality into the land market. I continued my education and received my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in real estate. I also received the Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). In addition to helping clients with their real estate, I invest in real estate myself and have built a multi-million dollar portfolio. I am also a firm believer in always learning and investing in mentorships. This has led me to acquire my Wisconsin Auctioneer’s license (License No.: 4037-52), Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license (License No.: 122201397-DCQ), as well as take the Wisconsin education courses for Appraisers. I’ve also learned from some of the industry's top minds such as Grant Cardone, Ryan Serhant, Kent Clothier, and Pace Morby.
